These terms govern your use of the 18bmw platform — account registration, PKR deposits and withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, bonuses and responsible gaming obligations. Please read them carefully before creating your account.

Each individual may hold only one account on 18bmw. If we detect that a player holds multiple accounts — identified through shared devices, shared payment methods, shared IP addresses or matching personal details — we reserve the right to merge, suspend or close the duplicate accounts. Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 18bmw support immediately. We will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
18bmw may request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any point we consider necessary. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence. Proof of payment method may also be requested. Your account balance remains accessible for betting while verification is pending, but withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

All funds deposited into your 18bmw account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not accepted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the deposit screen.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification must be completed. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in your account. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing begins, returning the funds to your PKR account balance.
Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time subject to verification status.
A full record of your PKR deposits, withdrawals and bet transactions is available in your account history at all times. If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, contact support with the relevant transaction reference number.
All bets placed on 18bmw are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet may be voided and your stake returned.
Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change before confirmation. The odds recorded on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that will apply to settlement. 18bmw offers pre-match and live in-play markets on cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and Test series — as well as football, esports and other sports.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of abandoned or postponed matches, bets are settled according to the applicable market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Cricket bets involving rain-affected matches or DLS-revised targets are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the match officials.
18bmw reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a match has been abandoned without a result, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. Voided bet stakes are returned to your PKR account balance.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant market and at the bet slip before confirmation. If a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated limit.
The 18bmw casino and slots catalogue is subject to change. Games may be added, removed or temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons without notice. Ongoing games that are interrupted due to a technical failure will be settled according to the game's rules at the point of interruption where a result can be determined.
All slots and non-live casino games on 18bmw use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot is available in the game information panel.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Connection quality depends on your internet speed. 18bmw is not responsible for game interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection. If a live game round is interrupted on the platform's side, the round will be settled or voided according to the rules of the specific game.
In the event of a malfunction or error in any casino or slots game that produces an incorrect result, the affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated from a known software error will not be paid and are not subject to appeal.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on 18bmw are subject to individual terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or bet types, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These terms are published alongside each promotion.
Wagering requirements state how many times a bonus amount — or a bonus plus deposit amount — must be staked before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in total qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is possible. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type — sports betting and specific slot games contribute at different rates as stated in the promotion terms.
Attempting to exploit bonus offers through methods such as low-risk hedging strategies, creating multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players is considered bonus abuse. 18bmw reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds, void related bets and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of 18bmw.
Unused bonus funds and associated free bets expire after the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account balance without compensation.
The 18bmw VIP programme offers tiered rewards for regular players. Progression through VIP tiers is based on activity levels as defined by the programme rules. Benefits vary by tier and may include personalised bonuses, faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit limits and access to a dedicated support contact.
18bmw reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits and programme structure at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. VIP status is personal and non-transferable. VIP rewards and benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred between accounts.
Players who are found to have violated these Terms — including through bonus abuse or the holding of multiple accounts — may be removed from the VIP programme without compensation for any accrued rewards.
Players are expected to use 18bmw in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 18bmw support. Before closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method subject to standard verification requirements. Pending bets placed before the closure request will be settled normally.
In cases where an account is closed due to proven fraud, Terms violation or bonus abuse, 18bmw reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account including real-money deposits where those deposits were used in connection with the prohibited activity.
18bmw provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted, 18bmw will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from interrupted connectivity, delayed bet placement during live events, or reliance on information displayed on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other form of liability that cannot legally be excluded. 18bmw's total liability to any player in connection with a dispute is limited to the PKR value of the relevant transaction in question.
18bmw may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through an on-platform notice or email to the address on file. The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
